Bisibelebath Powder

1.  Cook 100g rice and 100g toor dal together with a pinch of salt and turmeric until soft.
2. Sauté 150–200g mixed vegetables with salt and turmeric. Cook until vegetables are tender.
3. Add chili powder, Thavnidhi’s Bisibelebath Powder, tamarind juice, and jaggery (optional) to taste.
4. Mix the cooked rice-dal with the spiced vegetables. Add 260–300 ml of warm water (adjust for desired consistency)
5. Finish with a traditional tempering of mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chillies and asafoetida for enhanced flavor.
6. Cook everything together for 7–8 minutes on medium heat. Serve hot with ghee, boondi, or papad.

Kannada 

1. 100 ಗ್ರಾಂ ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಮತ್ತು 100 ಗ್ರಾಂ ತೊಗರಿಬೇಳೆಗೆ ಚಿಟಿಕೆ ಉಪ್ಪು ಮತ್ತು ಅರಿಷಿಣ ಪುಡಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಬೇಯಿಸಿ.
2. ಬಾಣಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 1 ಟೀಸ್ಪೂನ್ ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಹಾಕಿ, 150–200 ಗ್ರಾಂ ತರಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು ಉಪ್ಪು ಮತ್ತು ಅರಿಷಿಣ ಪುಡಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಹದವಾಗುವವರೆಗೂ ಬೇಯಿಸಿ.
3. ತರಕಾರಿಗಳು ಬೆಂದ ನಂತರ ಖಾರದ ಪುಡಿ, ತವನಿಧಿಯ ಬಿಸಿಬೆಳೆಬಾತ್ ಪುಡಿ, ಹುಣಸೆಹುಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಲ್ಲ (ಐಚ್ಛಿಕ) ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು ಹಾಕಿ ಮಿಶ್ರಣ ಮಾಡಿ.
4. ಬೇಯಿಸಿದ ಅಕ್ಕಿ-ಬೇಳೆ ಮಿಶ್ರಣವನ್ನು ತರಕಾರಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿ. 260–300 ಎಂಎಲ್ ಬೆಚ್ಚನೆಯ ನೀರು ಹಾಕಿ ನಿಮಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಹದಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ.
5. ಒಂದು ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಬಾಣಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತುಪ್ಪ ಕಾಯಿಸಿ, ಇಂಗು, ಸಾಸಿವೆ, ಕರಿಬೇವು ಮತ್ತು ಒಣ ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಒಗ್ಗರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ. ಈ ಒಗ್ಗರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಸಿಬೆಳೆಬಾತ್‌ಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿ.
   ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ 7–8 ನಿಮಿಷ ಮಿತವಾದ ಆಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇಯಿಸಿ. ರುಚಿಯಾದ ಬಿಸಿಬೆಳೆಬಾತನ್ನು ತುಪ್ಪ ಮತ್ತು ಖಾರ ಬೂಂದಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸವಿಯಿರಿ.
