  • Photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • Reason for refund

Requests made after the specified window may not be accepted.

  1. We will verify the issue through the evidence provided.

  2. If approved, the refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days.

  3. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  4. You will be notified via email/SMS once the refund is processed.

4. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit:

  • We will initiate a replacement or a full refund after verification with the courier partner.

5. Order Cancellations

Before Shipping:

  • You may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

After Shipping:

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

  • You may request a return/refund only under eligible conditions listed above.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are NOT applicable for:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or accidents

  • Items without original packaging (if required for inspection)

  • Digital/downloadable goods

  • Services once delivered

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Gift cards or vouchers

7. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, you may choose:

  • Refund, or

  • Replacement of the same product

Replacements are subject to stock availability.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or payment wallet

  • Contact your payment provider

  • If still unresolved, email us with transaction details
